What are the delivery times?

All in stock items are shipped on the same day.

Deliveries are made using Australia Post and TNT Express for our deliveries (1-2 business days).

Some Product arrivals may take longer because they are imported directly from our manufacturing partners and quality-checked here in Adelaide, please allow approximately 10–18 business days for delivery.

New Zealand

There is a flat shipping rate of $19.99 to New Zealand on some orders

What should I do if I receive my order faulty or damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! At Aquarola, we take great care in checking and testing every unit before it leaves our Adelaide location.
